These Terms govern your use of cameronmoquin.com, the SMS messaging program operated by Cameron Moquin for Rhode Island Senate District 5 (the "campaign," "we," "us"), and any campaign emails or other communications you receive from us.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our website, signing up via any form, opting into our SMS program, or otherwise communicating with the campaign, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use cameronmoquin.com lawfully and not to:

Attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or overload the site.
Submit false, misleading, or threatening content through our forms.
Impersonate another person.
Use our content in violation of applicable copyright law.

We may restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these conditions.

3. SMS messaging program

If you opt in to receive SMS from the campaign:

You will receive recurring text messages from +1 (401) 208-0826 about campaign news, events, signature collection, and volunteer opportunities.
Message frequency varies, typically no more than 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply, per your wireless carrier's plan.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP. Opt-out is immediate and permanent unless you reply START to opt back in.
For help, reply HELP. You'll get a response with the campaign's contact information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. carriers.

By providing your phone number to the campaign or otherwise opting in (including by replying to our messages), you consent to receive SMS messages from the campaign at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of donating or volunteering.

4. Email communications

If you sign up for email updates or are a registered voter in Rhode Island Senate District 5, you may receive campaign emails from email@cameronmoquin.com. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

5. Donations

Contributions to the campaign are processed through ActBlue (secure.actblue.com/donate/cameron-moquin). Donations are:

Subject to Rhode Island campaign finance law and applicable contribution limits.
Non-refundable except where required by law.
Reportable to the Rhode Island Board of Elections, including the donor's name, address, occupation, and employer (for donations above the disclosure threshold).

By donating you certify that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, the donation is from your own funds (not reimbursed), and you are not a federal contractor or foreign national.

7. Disclaimers

The website and our communications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information posted is complete or up to date. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the campaign nor its volunteers, vendors, or affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or communications.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the campaign evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
